“Health Became Personal Long Before It Became My Career”
Gillian's interest in natural health began through her own experience of feeling unwell and wanting to understand what was happening beneath the symptoms.
What began as an interest in nutrition, digestive health and natural medicine eventually became a career dedicated to helping other people better understand their own health.
Rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation, Gillian's approach considers the interaction between nutrition, gut health, hormones, lifestyle, stress, environment, genetics and the nervous system.
Her original story describes this shift beginning while living in London before progressing into formal university and postgraduate education.Book A Consultation ➜

Testing Can Provide Information.
Your Story Provides Context.
Testing can help us understand what's happening inside the body — but numbers on a page never tell the whole story.
Gillian uses pathology and functional testing when it can genuinely add useful information, rather than testing for the sake of testing.
The aim is to combine your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and relevant test results to build a clearer and more personalised picture.
Recommendations may then include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, herbal medicine, supplementation or further investigation where appropriate.

Many people don’t realise that health is a lifelong journey. Understanding the body is one thing — learning to understand your body, its patterns and what it may be trying to tell you is another. Like learning a new language, it takes time, but with the right support, knowledge and care, you can begin to make sense of the signs and move towards clearer answers.
